Use of this platform is restricted to individuals aged 18 and above. od1006 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must discontinue use of the platform.

2. Account Creation & Security
Each user is only permitted to hold one registered account at od1006. Multiple registrations are strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts without prior notice.
During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. od1006 reserves the right to request identity verification at any time, including official government-issued identification documents.
- Your account password is your exclusive responsibility. Keep it secure and do not share it with anyone.
- Od1006 will never ask for your password via email or live chat.
- If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, please contact customer support immediately.
- You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
3. User Responsibilities & Platform Rules
Od1006 users agree to use the platform lawfully and responsibly. The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension or closure:
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other technical means to exploit the platform's systems.
- Attempting to cheat, manipulate, or falsify transactions or game outcomes.
- Creating an account using a false identity or assuming another person's identity.
- Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activities.

4. Payments, Deposits & MYR Transactions
All financial transactions on the od1006 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring they understand the value and implications of each transaction before confirming it.
Deposit
Deposits can be made via supported local payment methods, including bank transfers and eWallets. All deposits are subject to minimum and maximum limits, which may change from time to time. Deposited funds may only be used for gaming activities within the od1006 platform.
Withdrawal
Withdrawal requests will be processed in accordance with established procedures. od1006 reserves the right to require additional identity verification before processing a first-time withdrawal. Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account registered in the same name as the account holder. od1006 is not liable for any delays caused by the bank or third-party payment processors.
Transaction Fraud
Any attempt to commit financial fraud, including unauthorised chargebacks or false refund claims, will result in immediate account closure and the associated funds will be held pending investigation.

Game outcomes are final and may not be disputed except in cases of verifiable technical failure. Financial losses resulting from legitimate game outcomes are the sole responsibility of the user.
Intellectual Property
All content on the od1006 platform — including logos, interface design, text, graphics, and software — is the intellectual property of od1006 and is protected under applicable copyright laws. Users are not permitted to copy, distribute, or use any of this content without prior written consent.

Account Suspension & Closure

Suspended accounts will be notified via their registered email. In cases of misconduct resulting in closure, funds held in the account may be withheld pending investigation.
Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting od1006 customer support. Any eligible balance will be processed in accordance with the standard withdrawal procedure.
Amendments to Terms
Od1006 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on this page. Users are advised to review this page periodically to ensure they remain in compliance with the latest version of the terms.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms shall first be resolved through negotiation.
